One of Mexico’s most respected extreme metal bands, the Chasm was formed in 1992 by ex-Cenotaph vocalist/guitarist Daniel Corchado. The band relocated to Chicago after the recording of Deathcult for Eternity: The Triumph in March 1997. The Chasm is now back, 4 years after their highly acclaimed ‘A Conscious Creation from the Isolated Domain – Phase I’ album with a brand new album. ‘The Scars of a Lost Reflective Shadow’ was produced, recorded, mixed and designed at Luxinframundis 2021-2022. Mastered at Ensomberoom V3, May 2022 by Geoff Montgomery (Macabre, Nunslaughter, Viking). The new album is not an instrumental one like the previous one, with Corchado’s charismatic vocals again!
